DIM Enterprises, Inc. (DIME) is a Black-owned parent company created to support, manage, and grow a family of smaller Black-owned businesses across multiple industries.
We operate as an umbrella company, providing structure, strategy, and shared resources to businesses in sectors such as haircare, real estate, education, entertainment, travel, luxury, wellness, and more. Each brand under DIME operates independently while also working together through cross-sector initiatives—intentional collaborations that allow our businesses to support one another, create new opportunities, and reach wider audiences.

Meet the CEO
My name is DeJane' I. Manuel and I am the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of DIM Enterprises, Inc. Being from the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, I have been blessed with many opportunities and resources that most around me weren't able to have. I have also seen where my community was in desperate need of resources and safe spaces. Since I was 5 years old, I've been submerged into Black Entertainment as a performer and student. I've been creating and preparing delicious dishes since the age of 7, constantly finding new ways to learn about food and how to make it entertaining yet delicious. Developing a work ethic at an early age has carried me into the driven, passionate and ambitious entrepreneur I am today. I knew that if I could share the same knowledge, skills, talents, opportunities and resources with as many people as possible, I could truly make a difference.
