The DIME Echelon Rewards Program is a comprehensive loyalty initiative designed to reward customers, employees, partners, and investors for their engagement across all D.I.M. Enterprises sectors. This outlines the program structure and benefits.

Program Structure

Point Earning:

- Base: 1 point per $1 spent (for consumers)

- Employees: 500 points per month (full-time), 250 points per month (part-time)

- Partners: 1 point per $10 of business brought to DIM Enterprises

- Investors: 1 point per $100 invested in DIM Enterprises

Tier-specific multipliers:

- Basic Member: 1x points

- RedRuby: 1.1x points

- YellowGold: 1.2x points

- BlueSapphire: 1.3x points

- BlackDiamond: 1.5x points

- 24K Ambassador: 2x points (Exclusive, by CEO invitation only)

Point Expiration: - Points NEVER expire

Universal Earning & Redemption Opportunities

- Referral Program: 500 bonus points for each successful referral across all sectors

- Social Media Engagement: 50 points for each share, review, or post about DIME Enterprises

- Sustainability Initiatives: 250 points for participating in eco-friendly programs

- Innovation: 1,000 bonus points for ideas implemented by the company

- Positive Reviews: 100 bonus points for each positive customer review mentioning an employee

- Partnerships: 500 bonus points for successful joint ventures or collaborations
