Meet DeJane' I. Manuel – a visionary who turned her childhood dreams into a multi-industry movement. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, DeJane's story isn't just about business; it's about passion, purpose, and the power of believing in possibilities.

Picture a seven-year-old discovering the joy of cooking in her family kitchen, a five-year-old finding her rhythm with Lift Him Ministries, and a young artist lighting up the stage at Charles F. Brush High School. These weren't just childhood activities – they were the building blocks of what would become D.I.M. Enterprises. At the Academy for Performing Arts, DeJane' didn't just perform; she brought Mama in 'A Raisin in the Sun' to life with such power that she earned three 'Academy awards' and five standing ovations!

Life has a way of reshaping our dreams, and while Howard University's acting program called to her heart, Ohio University became the canvas where she painted her future. Switching from Theatre Arts to Entrepreneurship and Media Studies wasn't just a change of major – it was the universe guiding her toward an even bigger stage.

Founded In 2020, at just 25 years old, DeJane' looked at the world's challenges and saw opportunities. D.I.M. Enterprises were designed to bridge the gap between culture and commerce while stemming from a beautiful vision: what if we could build systems that allow people, ideas and enterprises to thrive responsibly and at scale that touches every aspect of community growth? From the artistic soul of UBPEA to the nurturing spirit of Chef DeJ Brands Co., from the community-focused Ohio Action Initiative to the innovative SmokeZenn Enterprises – each piece of D.I.M.E reflects a different color in DeJane's vibrant vision.

Today, at 30 , DeJane' leads an incredible team including Chad Stephens (President), Desiree Dabney (Senior VP), and Kalasia Norris (COO). Together, they're not just running a business; they're orchestrating a movement that spans Art & Media, Entertainment, Education, Culinary & Hospitality, Philanthropy, Social Services, and Travel. Their goal? Touching over 1,000,000 lives with the magic of possibility.

When DeJane' says, 'D.I.M. Enterprises is my life's work,' her eyes sparkle with the same enthusiasm as that five-year-old dancer, that seven-year-old cook, and that high school performer.
