Today marks a defining moment.

DIM Enterprises, Inc. officially launches—not as an idea, not as a promise, but as a fully realized, operational, multi-industry corporation built with intention, structure, and purpose.

Founded in 2020, DIM Enterprises was never meant to be rushed. What you see today is the culmination of six years of vision, discipline, lived experience, and relentless building. Every brand, every system, every initiative was created deliberately—because we are not just launching businesses, we are building an ecosystem.

Who We Are

 

DIM Enterprises is a catalyst for positive change across multiple industries, including Art, Media & Entertainment, Education, Culinary, Hospitality, Real Estate, Beauty & Haircare, Cannabis, Luxury, Philanthropy, and Travel.

Our strength is our diversity. By operating across sectors, we create cross-industry synergies that unlock opportunities others overlook. Why Time Was Our Greatest Asset

 

Most companies fail within their first five years—not because the idea wasn’t strong, but because the systems, leadership, culture, and infrastructure weren’t built to sustain growth.

 

We chose a different path.

 

Instead of rushing to market, DIM Enterprises used those early years to do what many organizations skip: build the right foundation. We invested time in developing scalable systems, assembling the right leadership, establishing clear governance, and intentionally shaping a culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and purpose.

 

This wasn’t inactivity—it was strategy.
This wasn’t delay—it was discipline.

 

By the time we officially launch, we are not experimenting—we are operating. What exists today is a company designed for longevity, resilience, and impact at scale.

 

 

Why It Took Six Years

DIM Enterprises was built from the ground up—from lived experience.

I began with UBPEA, our entertainment agency, rooted in a lifelong study of Acting, Performing Arts, and Theatre. As my skills expanded, so did the vision. I learned how to do my own hair in college, then friends before officially going to cosmetology school and co-founded Kinks N Crowns. I worked in hospitality with Marriott and founded Rhoyale Noire Travel Co. I’ve been cooking since I was seven years old, and with the encouragement of family and community, Chef DeJ Brands Co. was born.

Each brand was distinct, authentic, and necessary—but the real challenge was integration.

That’s where cross-sector strategy, operational design, and legal infrastructure came into play. Leveraging my background in the Entrepeneurship and Media Arts from Ohio University, with a particular focus on the Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship, I spent years designing the operational and visual framework that allows 11+ brands across 10+ industries to function cohesively under one enterprise.

In 2025 alone, every system, process, governance model, and operational blueprint was finalized. This launch isn’t late—it’s ready.

Introducing DIM Estates Cultural Center & Country Club

Alongside the official launch of our brands, we are proud to introduce DIM Estates Cultural Center & Country Club—the physical home of the DIM Enterprises ecosystem.

DIM Estates Cultural Center & Country Club is a living, breathing hub where culture, business, creativity, education, and community converge. This space is designed to house and showcase all DIM Enterprises brands, host programs, events, residencies, experiences, and collaborations, and serve as a gathering place for innovators, artists, entrepreneurs, and partners.

 

For our internal team, DIM Estates Cultural Center & Country Club also serves as the official headquarters of DIM Enterprises, Inc. It represents our commitment to building not just companies, but infrastructure—spaces where ideas are nurtured, teams are supported, and long-term vision is executed.

 

DIM Estates stands as a tangible expression of our mission: a permanent foundation for impact, innovation, and legacy.

ZENNFEST™:

Our Flagship Experience

A living expression of our ecosystem is ZENNFEST™, a three-day art, food, and music festival held annually during Juneteenth weekend. ZENNFEST centers undiscovered minority artists alongside major headliners, uplifts local businesses, showcases our family of brands, and offers a behind-the-scenes look into the work of our UBPEA Artist Collective.

ZENNFEST is not just a festival—it’s a statement.

 

Our Purpose

DIM Enterprises operates under a simple philosophy:

 

“Our main purpose in life is to help those in need. If we cannot help them, at the very least, do no harm.”

Every initiative is designed to enhance quality of life, foster sustainable growth, and create meaningful experiences. Our goal is bold and measurable: to positively impact over 1,000,000 lives through education, access, creativity, and opportunity.
